Refund policy

We want to make sure our customers are happy with their products. Please contact us at support@moodwellpetco.com with your order number, purchaser name, and reason for return in your email.

In any case, we only accept returns in their unopened original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping fees.

All refunds will receive an email confirmation.
