Shipping policy

We carefully prepare each order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at support@moodwellpetco.ca with your name and order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.

We offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders over $99. Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated and displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.

At this time, moodwell ships within Canada and to the US only. We do not currently offer local delivery or in-store pickup.
